The Minutes of 1952 record the fact that the new grass tennis courts, adjacent to the bowling green would open on Mayday. These courts fell into disrepair and in 1993 funding was obtained for the present courts. Club nights are held every Thursday from 6.30. Everyone can play a few sets of tennis with whoever is there on the night. The young ones hit the ball as hard as they can and the oldies run as fast as they can!!
