What is Boxercise?
It's a high-intensity workout that combines boxing techniques with metabolic circuits. You'll learn jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts while hitting pads, followed by dynamic exercises designed to torch calories and build strength. It's a full-body workout that's both challenging and incredibly fun!
